UPDATE Week of November 4

It's Greg's Birthday!
THE WEEK IT WAS

We are just getting back from the annual Micah 6:8 Conference with The Fellows Initiative. This weekend is always a sweet reminder that we are part of something sweeping the nation. It's also a great time to continue to bond as a Fellows cohort.

Reiley puts us through the paces as we get ready for the Ultimate Frisbee tournament Saturday

But I'm getting ahead of myself.

MONDAY ROUND TABLE - We celebrated Round Table at one of the Halloweeniest homes in Winston-Salem. Thanks Tripp and Patricia.

Our host for the evening is on the left. Fat skeleton boy is me if you can't tell.

Patricia cooked us FEET LOAF!!!

WEDNESDAY LEADER LUNCH with the one and only JAY HELVEY

Jennie Hess hooked us up with a little Foothills magic

Jay has one incredible story. From Lexington, North Carolina to all around the world - Jay has experienced a lot.

But the thing I admire the most about him is the way he looks at things. He has such a cool Kingdom perspective. I learn something new every time I am with him.

Thanks Jay!

Fellows Alumns Bryan Pardue and Garrett Briggs hosted a Halloween Party that was pretty off the chain from what I heard.

CLASS

What a blessing to hold class at Wake Forest University! Thank you Jack!

The Fellows after class

Micah 6:8 Conference

We traveled to good old Oxford, NC to Camp Oak Hill with half of the Fellows from as far away as Orlando, Florida.

It was a great bonding weekend.

But the content was also sooooo good. Special Thanks to David Bailey for being our Speaker for the weekend. Many of you might know him as the Executive Director of Arrabon and leader of the musical collaborative Urban Doxology.

What an inspiring couple days!

Team Yeti

These were our t-shirts for the frisbee tournament. They were representative - because we weren't exactly great at Frisbee - but we were Yeti to Party!

Lots of Photos at the end of the UPDATE
