The Fellows got a little crazy Saturday night.
The Week
It was a full week. Some of the biggest belly laughs. Some of the saddest cries. That is what community provides - the opportunity for both. It was a week of sweet solitude and togetherness as well.
True life. Real life. The candles above were a symbol for us on the Day Apart we took on Friday to put into practice some of the Spiritual Formation lessons we had learned.
What. A. Day.
Round Table
Rive Oaks Community Church welcomed us into their warm church. Other than the fact that one of our Fellows got lost and joined a Divorce Recovery Group - the night went smoothly. Delaney also provided some comic relief. And we were delighted to have Sarah back after a few days with her family.
Leader Lunch
Ben Jones of the Barnabas Center was our speaker on Wednesday. The designated photo reminderer had to slip out.
A great time nonetheless.
Day Apart
Love Out Loud Yadkin welcomed us to the Shore House for a Day Apart of Silence and Solitude.
God met each one of us in beautiful and unique ways. Truly truly one of the best days yet.
Angles Love
We mourned the loss of Sarah's dad, John on Saturday morning. Sarah and her sister gave heartfelt eulogies. I think we all left inspired by this man's humble, purposeful life.
In honor of Sarah, I washed the dishes every day with her purple gloves.
Halloween
Special shout out to Miranda and Louise for putting together one amazing party!
Thanks for inviting me!
He said Will you? She said YES!
The rain held off on Friday perhaps just so these two could have a forever moment.
AJ and Bailey - we are so excited for you!
(shout out to the photographer - Jamo - he is for hire!)
On the Job
Jamo also was a spotlight guy at work this week.
Ultimate Practice
