UPDATE Week of March 9

Right on Target

ANOTHER GREAT WEEK TO BE A FELLOW

Round Table Shuffle
We were forced to make a last minute switch for Round Table this week. The stomach bug hit Sophie-Earle and her host family the Nelsons hard (I'm glad to report everyone is better) - so we ended up at the Erickson House.

I know. It's a rectangle table.
We had a sweet time of worship and then dug into more of the Enneagram.

As you will see in many pictures that will follow - Brianne is a Seven.

Guess volunteered to put the goats to bed?

Super Tuesday

Did you?

LEADER LUNCH

This may be one of the funniest Leader Lunch pics of all time
He couched his presentation around Proverbs 16:9 - which basically says "God laughs at us when we make plans."

Nevertheless, his ways are good.

Keith, you are a living example of trusting the Lord in all circumstances. What a gift.

FRIDAY CLASS
We started a Leadership Unit.

First was with Dr. John Stubblefield, creator of the Universal Leadership Model. It's really solid. I highly recommend learning more about it.

We learned about our Universal Needs and how they apply to teams and to ourselves. What are they you ask? Well, you have to take the class!

The Fellows Innerviewed each other (not a typo)
Second, we began a course with Dr. Nigel Alston, always one of the highlights of the year.

We learned about our primary operating system, which are Values. We run on values, don't you know?

What are yours?

Thanks Nigel!

RECRUITMENT UPDATE

Sam Bishop
Welcome Sam Bishop to the 2020-21 WS Fellows Class! Sam is from Alabama (a house divided family). For the last four years he has been a student at Wake Forest University where he has studied Communications and Psychology with a Spanish Minor. His most meaningful community has been with the Wesley Foundation.

Sam is one of a kind. I am sure he is going to make this coming year extra spicy!

Welcome Sam!

Please send us people! We are looking for hungry, honest, hard-working folks who are eager to live the life they were created to live. If you know anyone like that, send them our way.

Here is the application page: http://www.wsfellows.com/take-action
