UPDATE Week of April 19

NOT YO BIRTHDAY - BUT YOU'RE WORTH CELEBRATING

Michelle Howard - You.Are.Loved!

We surprised Michelle with a birthday party not on her birthday on Monday.

There were tears.

The good kind.

Michelle - the best is yet to come - can't wait to cheer you on!

WINE AND CHEESE WITH STEVE CHILDS

When a famous artist shows up for dinner it is important to roll out the red carpet - at least the wine and cheese!

Owen provided the music.

The Fellows provided the festive atmosphere

Steve Childs provided himself.

He shared his story and gave us some sage wisdom. Then, we went inside and had a private showing of one of his movies.

What a night!

LEADER LUNCH WITH SYLVIA OBERLE

Continuing on with celebrity status...

Sylvia Oberle came with her notebook on Wednesday and shared many pearls of wisdom, including: don't have a plan!

It is true. No one could have scripted her life.

What an honor to see what God can do with openness, curiosity, and a person who fearlessly follows where her passion leads.

Thanks Sylvia.

EPIC KICKBALL GAME WITH WAUGHTOWN FRIENDS

After Bible Study, about half of the Fellows went to Waughtown to continue our ministry with the beautiful children.

The game came down to the wire.

Some of the beauty

What a gift it is to love.

VACCINATION STATION

Team Vax continued to get our world back together one shot at a time

CLASSES WITH NIGEL AND CLAY

Clay started his class on Love and Christianity on Friday. It was a hoot.

As usual there was brain matter everywhere as all our minds exploded.

Nigel's class was equally impactful. So impactful I forgot to take a picture.

Thanks men!

RECRUITING

Welcome Caleb Hoekstra!

Caleb is our newest Fellow. He hails from Michigan and is graduating from Hope College in May. He loves the beautiful game of basketball and played through his junior year. He hopes to work in business, most likely in Human Resources. We are over the moon excited to have this quality guy join us this coming year! It's just getting better and better, y'all!

FAMILY FRIENDS

There is steep competition on who has the best family friends. The Turners upped the ante with ice cream

Owen introduced Michelle to his this week.
