UPDATE Year 1 Week 15

JOY TO THE WORLD!

The Love Feast at Wait Chapel
Getting Into the Holiday Spirit

Fellows enjoying a Moravian Feast for Round Table thanks to Todd and Becca Chase
It was a festive atmosphere as the Fellows returned from their Thanksgiving Break. Todd and Becca spared us from serving turkey leftovers but gave us a feast nevertheless. Thanks guys! And a special thanks to their daughter Mallory who entertained us.

For Round Table we read from a book and talked about the importance of being our true, authentic selves and focused on my favorite person: Jesus!

On Wednesday, our Leader Lunch was hosted by the Budd Group. We heard company president Yasser Youssef's incredible story of growing up in Egypt and the U.A.E. and finding his path to leadership and meaning.

The one and only Yasser Youssef
Thanks Yasser! (And Brad Cox and Hal Rollins who joined us!)

Other Highlights from the week included:

John, Reese, Jessica and Julia enjoying a late lunch at Krankies
Getting to meet the distinguished John Lovett, father of Julia and Katie.

Kris Cox - it's hard to get a clear picture of this active lady
A great time of dreaming and scheming with my friend at Kris Cox with ReadWS

Jessica, Sean, Christina and Rahel
Congratulations to Sean Henderson who completed the Mistletoe 5k AND THEN went to work!

Congratulations also to Lia who P.R.ed in the Half Marathon!

Will and Julia and Sweet Potatoes
I received a big thank you text from Kevin Frack after Will Troxler and Julia Lovett helped pick over 200lbs of sweet potatoes to give to local food pantries. "Pastor Enrique, the team at Storehouse for Jesus, and I were greatly encouraged."

The Fellows made it a Friday night movie night.

Saturday evening Christina and Alex joined the Rudnicke family and mine to watch Julia and the Crosby Scholars at the Downtown Christmas Parade!
